Our lymphatic drainage manual massage can be either in a session of 60min which is more intense or a 90min session in which you will have the same result and at the same time relax.
After the session
It is very important to drink water in the next few days after the session to clean out the toxin expelled on your lymph.
Lymphatic drainage continues to take effect in your body for at least the next 72 hours.
You may feel more like urinating than usual this is a result of the massage cleansing your body.
