Learn the step by step for a leg massage
1. Slide your hands (smeared with moisturiser) from the foot to the thigh.
2. Reaching your hands up, knead your calves towards your groin.
3. Repeat step 2 on the inner and outer thighs, massaging.
4. Gently pinch the area with your tweezers.
5. Slide your hand on the thigh and squeeze well, returning to the brushing movement.
6. Press with the thumbs from the bottom up to activate the circulation.
7. Move your fingers “drawing” circles with both hands.
8. Remember: the right touch on the legs will give you more cheer!
